Are you marketing your business online? Are you happy with your results? I’m guessing that you, like many entrepreneurs and business owners, you are trying to get a handle on how to best market online. Im also guessing you aren’t pleased with your results so far. Let’s take a look at 3 things every business needs to grow their online presence successfully.
Here are the 3 things you need:
- A website with a blog a website is not enough. You put it up there and there it stays as an online brochure. The problem is that without a blog, your website isn’t regularly updated with good content. Why is that so important? Because fresh content makes search engines happy and it also gives potential customers a reason to come visit again and again.
- An E-Mail campaign. This will give visitors a chance to continue connecting with your business and allows you to continue giving them fresh information about what you have they need. Most sales happens after several connections like this are made. So without a mail campaign, those potential customers leave without your ability to continue interacting with them.
- Social media profiles First off dont think you have to be on all the social media sites out there. Youll spread yourself too thin and wont be able to maintain them. Scope out to see where your target market hangs out. Choose a 2 or 3 social sites like Face Book, Twitter or LinkedIn and create a profile that reflects your brand. After that, the important thing to remember is stay connected. The more connected you are with your target audience the more they want to buy from you because you prove yourself to be genuine, knowledgeable and able to solve a problem they need solved.
By using your website/blog as the central hub of your online presence you are able to use social media sites, email campaigns and other avenues of marketing to attract folks to your website where they can learn how you can solve that problem they have!
